Hearing Aids Warranties

Luxato offers a one-year(1 year) limited international warranty valid as of the date of purchase. This limited warranty covers manufacturing and material defects in the hearing amplifier itself, but not accessories such as batteries, tubes, ear molds or external receivers. The remedies under the international warranty are limited to the free repair of the hearing amplifier. The warranty is valid only if proof of purchase is shown. The international warranty does not affect any legal rights that you might have under the local warranty or the applicable national legislation governing the sale of consumer goods.

All product warranties are in effect from the date of the purchase. Should repair of a Luxato hearing aid product be necessary, we will make every effort to provide this service in a timely and efficient manner. To facilitate this service, please return the product with a completed Repair/Remake Service form to Luxato in appropriate packaging. A product repaired under warranty maintains the original purchase warranty effective date.

This warranty does not cover damage from improper handling or care, exposure to chemicals, immersion in water or undue stress. Damage caused by third parties or non-authorized service centers renders the warranty null and void. This warranty does not include any services performed by a hearing care professional in his/her office.
